I. structure and characteristics

1. The inner and outer bile of the salt spray test box are made of high quality high-temperature resistant plastic plates welded by high temperature molding, which have the advantages of light weight, corrosion resistance, high strength, no permeability, smooth surface and easy cleaning.

2, the water seal form so that the salt mist does not overflow, the bottom tank steam heating, so that the studio heating quickly, the temperature distribution is uniform. The top cover of the salt spray box is made of imported transparent plastic board by welding at high temperature and designed to be the best top Angle, so that the condensed water in the box will not drop directly on the sample.

3. The spray system adopts tower spray, which is placed in the left center of the studio. The material of the nozzle is made of quartz glass, and the spray particles are fine without crystallization.

4. The control system of the test box is placed on the right side of the box, which is convenient for the user to operate. The panel is equipped with a general power switch, a spray switch, two PID self-tuning numerical control instruments, and a device running time accumulator.

5. The lid and body of the box in the studio adopt active pneumatic support bar, which is more convenient to open.

Ii. Inside the laboratory

1. Spray tower or (baffle type) : the built-in glass sprinkler head is placed inside the nozzle, and the spray is guided by the tower tube and then dispersed by cone type or (baffle type) evenly into the laboratory.

2. Spray regulator: adjust the amount of spray and increase the amount of spray by increasing the tapered disperser or baffle on the spray tower. The brine preheating tank is located at the bottom of the spray tower. The brine preheating tank is injected into the preheating tank through the brine replenishment tank. The water level of the preheating tank is controlled by a float ball, and the water level can be automatically controlled.

Iii. Detailed explanation of box materials:

V. air supply system:

The air pressure is 1Kg/cm2 in two stages. The first section is roughly adjusted 2Kg/cm2, using imported air filter, with drainage function. The second section is for precision adjustment of 1Kg/cm2, 1/4 pressure gauge, showing precision and accuracy.

1. Spray method:

4. Water adding system:

Vi. Safety protection device:

1. when the water level is low, the power will be cut off automatically and the safety warning light will be on.

2. When overheated, automatically cut off the power supply of the heater, and the safety warning light device will light up and display.

3. When the water level is low, the safety warning device shall light up and display.

(4) electric leakage protection function to prevent personal injury and instrument failure caused by electric leakage or short circuit of the circuit.
